He added: “Whenever you want to go forward, you will go backwards. Some see going backwards as negative, but others see this as positive in going forward.”

He continued: “The natural evolution in life is a meeting of two opposites, but we must beware of over-naming opposites and selecting one of them as negative,” pointing out that negativity came from “our vital brains” and today if we consider that everything that happens in the universe is natural, we will begin to understand what It happens to us very calmly, citing the example of a car that cannot move unless negative energy is released.

Emara pointed out that “toxic positivity” is one of the most dangerous things we are exposed to, and one of its symptoms: First: reprimand and self-flagellation. In hiding feelings and deceptions, the one who prevents feeling pain lives in greater pain and experiences a difficult feeling.

Third: extreme emotion and complete rejection when someone tries to show you a mistake. Fourth: “Do not look at the shortcomings, as long as you suffer pain or fear. Work on the root of the points that hurt you the most.” Fifth: Clinging to positive affirmations and exaggerating these feelings on social media.

He pointed out that exaggerating the positive side is a form of “poisoned positivity” that does more harm than a person imagines, and therefore falling into this type of positivity is a mistake and is like a person who wants to walk with one foot without jumping, adding: “When you reject the opposite side in life, you You violate the Sunnah of life, and therefore violent pain begins to occur inside, so the amount of your pain is from the amount of poisonous positivity because you violate the Sunnah of life.

He continued: “Some people do not accept negativity unless it increases and escalates in their lives. There are people who have things they reject in life and they deal with them wrongly, and they know this, but they exaggerate in pretending to be positivity … and therefore poisoned positivity is harmful.”

Amara enumerates the benefits of “negativity” in 7 points: First: motivating resolve and determination, for determination is the intention in self-development, and until you live, you must kill negative energy and spend until the energy begins to unleash and there is determination.

Negative energies, as there is no one on the face of the earth who does not spread negative energy. Negative rejection generates negative energy exponentially and thirdly: Realizing the whole picture and paying attention to dimensions that you were not aware of before, such as your awareness of the dangers of driving cars in the rain.

He stated that the useful aspect of what we call “negative” is to form a complete picture of events and things, as it is impossible for a flow to occur in the universe unless two opposites meet, so the heartbeat contracts and relaxes, and if one of them stops, the person dies. He is wrong because you see that it is impossible to make a mistake, this is the negativity.

Emara pointed out that among the positives of negativity, fourth: alerting us to the mistakes we made and seeking to acquire more information. When we discover errors, we adjust and develop them until we reach the positive.

Fifth: learning to be calm and enjoy what is available and to blow up the haste that wastes the fun available. Sixth: self-esteem, so the self can only be appreciated By accepting the negatives, pointing out that some wear masks to show that they are in the best form, but self-esteem requires that we look at it as containing two opposites.

And he continued: “As for the seventh, the balance in the universe will remain forever, which is the ratio of positives to negatives.” And “Amara” identified 5 points for using negativity to achieve greater gains, namely: recognizing it and accepting your feelings, and second: What will negativity teach us, and third: What will I change inside me.

And what kinds of change do I need to bring to life in order to revive new ones? Fourth: The willingness to repeat this kind of negative things in your life (which is the basis of any success in life) and fifth: Enjoying not knowing, it is not a condition that you know everything.
